By using ProposalDraft, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or your organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service description

ProposalDraft provides AI-assisted proposal drafting, RFP analysis, compliance tracking, and export tools for business consulting teams. Features vary by subscription plan.

Your responsibilities

• You retain ownership of content you upload and generate.
• You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before client submission.
• You must not use the service for unlawful purposes or to infringe third-party rights.

Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly according to the pricing shown at checkout. Starter and Pro subscriptions renew automatically every month unless canceled through the billing portal before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period.

Limitation of liability

ProposalDraft is provided "as is." We are not liable for proposal outcomes, lost business, or indirect damages arising from use of the platform.
